The 3D model was built directly from the approved drawings, with dimensions cross-checked at each stage. Grey clay renders were reviewed before any materials were applied, so proportion and massing were agreed before appearance entered the discussion. That sequence matters: once a render looks attractive, people stop questioning whether it is accurate.
